SUCU MEDIA GROUP — PRIVACY POLICY

SUCU MEDIA GROUP (PTY) LTD is a South African media and services company operating the SUCU ecosystem. In this policy, “SUCU”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to SUCU MEDIA GROUP (PTY) LTD and the relevant SUCU business providing the service.
2.Information We Collect
We may collect information that you provide through enquiries, bookings, orders, applications, listings, subscriptions, music submissions and other website forms, together with limited technical information needed to operate and secure our digital services.

3.Information From Other Sources

SUCU Radio SA provides live streaming, programming, music submissions, advertising, partnerships and related digital services. Information submitted through these services is used only for the relevant request, review or communication.
9.SUCU Essence
Information submitted for SUCU Essence enquiries, orders or wholesale requests may be used to respond, confirm availability, arrange payment or delivery and provide customer support.
10.SUCU AGRICONNECT
SUCU AGRICONNECT may process information submitted for listings and agricultural services. Only information intended and approved for a public listing should be published; private submission details are not made public.
11.Hello Africa Tour
Hello Africa Tour may process enquiry, booking, traveller and partnership information to plan travel, communicate with travellers or partners and coordinate requested services. Third-party travel providers process information under their own policies where required.
12.SUCU Studio and SUCU Production
SUCU Studio and SUCU Production may process client briefs, contact details, supplied media and project information to quote, plan, produce and deliver agreed work.
13.Domestic Assistant & Nanny Services
Service requests and provider applications may contain personal and supporting information. This information is submitted privately, reviewed for the relevant service and is not displayed publicly. An application does not guarantee placement, employment or work.
14.Direct Marketing and Communications
Where permitted, we may send service updates or marketing communications. You may unsubscribe from optional marketing messages or ask us to stop direct marketing. Service-related messages may still be necessary for an active request.
15.Advertising
SUCU services may contain advertising or promotional content. Where third-party advertising services process information, their own privacy terms may also apply. We do not sell or rent personal information to advertisers.
