SUCU MEDIA GROUP (PTY) LTD is a South African media and services company operating the SUCU ecosystem.

You may use the website and its content for lawful personal or business enquiries. You may not copy, scrape, disrupt, misuse or attempt unauthorised access to any service.

Services may be changed, suspended or unavailable because of maintenance, connectivity, suppliers or circumstances outside our reasonable control. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

The live stream is provided on an available basis. Programming, schedules and presenters may change. Your network provider’s data charges remain your responsibility.

A submission does not guarantee airplay or publication. You confirm that you have the necessary rights and permissions for content you submit and that it is lawful.

Advertising, sponsorships and partnerships are subject to the written quotation, proposal or agreement accepted for that engagement.

Displayed prices are in South African Rand unless stated otherwise and products remain subject to availability. Order, payment, delivery, return and product information provided for a transaction also applies.

Travel enquiries and bookings are subject to availability and the applicable supplier, deposit, cancellation and itinerary terms communicated for the booking. Travellers remain responsible for required travel documents, visas, health requirements and insurance.

Directory and listing information must be accurate, lawful and authorised for publication. Inclusion does not amount to an endorsement, rating or guarantee by SUCU.

Production work is governed by the accepted brief, quotation, scope, schedule and usage terms. Client-supplied materials must be lawful and properly licensed.

Submitting a request or provider application does not guarantee placement, employment, availability or a work opportunity. Additional service-specific checks and agreements may apply before services begin.

Payments must be made using an approved method shown or communicated by SUCU. Third-party payment providers operate under their own terms and security practices.

Donations are voluntary contributions towards the stated SUCU initiative and are generally non-refundable except where required by law or where a transaction was unauthorised or processed in error.

Website content, artwork, audio, video, writing and other materials are owned by or licensed to SUCU and may not be reproduced or commercially used without permission.

SUCU names, logos and brand material may not be used in a way that implies endorsement, partnership or authorisation without prior written permission.

Digital or automated tools may provide general assistance and can make mistakes. Their output is not professional, legal, financial, medical or travel advice and should be independently checked where important.

External websites, platforms, payment providers and other third parties operate independently. SUCU is not responsible for their availability, content, products, services or practices.

Personal information is handled under our Privacy Policy and the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013. Please read the Privacy Policy with these terms.

Optional marketing communications may be sent where permitted. You may unsubscribe or object to direct marketing using the method provided or by contacting us.

You are responsible for information and content you submit, decisions you make using the services, and keeping your device and account access secure.

You may not introduce malicious code, test vulnerabilities without authorisation, bypass safeguards, impersonate another person, submit fraudulent information or interfere with other users.

A quotation, booking confirmation, order form, campaign agreement or other service-specific document may contain additional terms. If there is a direct conflict, the specific written terms for that service apply to that service.

Cancellation, refund and return rights depend on the service or product, applicable supplier terms and South African law, including the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 and the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002 where applicable.

Neither party is responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond reasonable control, subject to applicable law and any service-specific agreement.

Information is provided in good faith for general use. Except where the law does not permit exclusion, no representation is made that all content will always be complete, current or error-free.

To the extent permitted by law, SUCU is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website or services. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Access may be suspended or terminated where these terms are breached, misuse or security risk occurs, or a service ends, subject to applicable agreements and law.

Please send complaints to the contact details below so we can seek a practical resolution. Any further process will follow the applicable agreement and South African law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, subject to any mandatory consumer rights and lawful jurisdiction requirements.

If a provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

A delay or failure to enforce a right does not waive that right. A waiver is effective only when given in writing by an authorised representative.

These terms, the Privacy Policy and any applicable service-specific written terms form the agreement concerning use of the relevant website or service.

We may update these terms when services or legal requirements change. The version published here with its effective date is the current version.
